Our work is about healing, dignity, genuine relationships, and the belief that sustainable development must uplift rather than displace. Rooted in a deep love for place, people, and Mother Nature, we advance growth that strengthens community and land, for the next seven generations and more.

MISSION

We bridge the gap between planners and the communities they serve by facilitating trust-based collaboration.

Our two-pronged approach supports planners in engaging communities with cultural competence while equipping residents with the tools and knowledge to shape their futures.

VISION

We envision a world where communities most impacted by injustice lead planning processes that honor roots, restore justice, and shape sustainable futures. In this reality, development

works in harmony with people, place, and our natural world.

CORE COMMITTMENTS

01.

Address the root causes of inequity.

We name the history, challenge the system, and design for justice, not just participation.

02.

Bring an Indigenous and relational lens.

Nothing exists in isolation. Our well-being is interconnected with that of others and the natural world.

03.

Make it accessible and community-led.

Demystify concepts and processes so people can wield influence in a system that often hides behind jargon and power.

We keep these commitments at the forefront of our minds to offer an alternative to top-down development.

because inequity was designed, it can be dismantled & redesigned.
